Humorous and lovely granny

The granny on the right hand side, is now at the age of 80, suffering from early stage of Alzheimer disease (AD) that she can't remember the person she met and she kept on mistaken us as another group of volunteers. She is a humorous granny and she likes to sparring with the person in charge, Mr. Wong but what they said often make us laugh.

Alzheimer disease (AD) is a type of dementia and the risk of suffering AD increase along with age. There are 3 stages of AD from early stage to middle stage and lastly severe stage. During the early stage, the common symptom is memory loss such as misplacing valuable items and forgetting names. During the severe stage, they might face difficulties in communication and unable to take care of themselves. However, there is no medicine to cure AD but only medicine to slow down the process from early stage to severe stage.

Although the granny suffering from AD, she is so friendly that she brought us to their little garden where they plant corn and raise chickens. The person in charge build this little garden for the elderly to get close to the nature and they have installed some facilities for the elderly to do exercise. It is a nursing home that filled with love and joy!
