Pertubuhan Kebajikan Insan Istimewa Johor Bahru, Johor is a non-profit organization where it is a home for the 50 handicapped children in Johor Bahru. It totally depends on donations from various non-government associations, societies, companies and also individuals to meet their monthly expenditure of around RM 50,000.

This home had established 10 years ago with the responsibilities to adopt and take care of mentally retarded and physically handicapped children such as Down Syndrome, Spastic, Slow Learning, Cerebral Palsy, Hyperactive, Autism and Blind, irrespective of race and religion. Besides, this home also trains and educate each child according to their special ability so that they will be able to live independently in future. There is a parent room where it is a space for all children to spend their precious time with their parent. This helps to enhance the relationship between parent and child which the time spent with family is worth every little second. 

In the world of art, imperfections are sometimes considered a thing of beauty. If a child can be given time and space, to give the disability a chance to grow up healthy, ‘this disability can be a chance to grow up healthy’. There is a room as an art space for the children with disabilities to learn and work in the world of Art. The challenges for these partial and severe disabled kids are their conditions. They miss the chances to be in a normal environment. They need to study and be part of society.
